So this is day one. Sooo lets set some goals. I realize that I have low willpower so my goals will be small to start out. I am trying to not only loose weight but be able to make better choices. I know I will still eat things I shouldn't, but I want to be able to limit them.
Food is very important to me and I will struggle to modify my relationship with it. The feelings will be strong but hopefully will fade.
So far today i have yet to eat, which is not good. But i did go for a walk and did a small wotkout with my best friend. Doing this with other people make it less horrible and a little more fun.
My goals
Within 2 weeks:
- lost of 5lbs
-walk 3x a week
-no more eatting full combos from fast food
